LRN unveils Catalyst Reveal tool for ethics compliance

LRN Corporation has announced the relaunch of its Catalyst Reveal solution, set to be available globally in March 2025, featuring a refined interface designed to aid ethics and compliance leaders in data management and risk assessment.

The solution has been developed in collaboration with executives from LRN's community, addressing existing gaps in analytics solutions for compliance teams. It provides an insights-first experience tailored to the workflows of these professionals, aiming to simplify reporting and improve program effectiveness.

Catalyst Reveal also offers tailored insights using automated analysis techniques aligned with organisational needs. With access to over 200 data points, users can integrate Human Resource Information System data for custom analysis. This is complemented by benchmarking features for performance comparisons against industry standards, using an extensive dataset.

Real-time alerts for 47 metrics ensure that compliance teams receive immediate notifications of any anomalies across critical program areas. Furthermore, seamless data export options facilitate effortless sharing of insights in multiple formats.
