Tue, 5th Dec 2023

The Gartner IT Symposium held in Kochi, India from 28-30 November, put the spotlight on Dynatrace, the leader in unified observability and security. This high-profile event saw Dynatrace showcasing its Hypermodal Artificial Intelligence (AI) product, Davis, to the world.

Dynatrace's Davis hypermodal Artificial Intelligence is designed to integrate fact-based, predictive, and causal AI insights with new generative AI capabilities. These insights are tailored to the specific attributes of each organisation's hybrid and multicloud ecosystem. Shriram Group, one of India's largest Finance and Insurance conglomerates, has already reaped the benefits of using the Dynatrace platform. The implementation of Dynatrace has expedited their digital transformation, leading to speedy innovation and improved quality, and resulted in heightened team productivity and satisfaction whilst continuously providing immaculate and secure digital experiences.

The Gartner IT Symposium/Xpo 2023 conference was attended by a global community of experts, tech leaders and pioneers exploring innovative and transformational opportunities. Attendees included Rafi Katanasho, Dynatrace's APJ Chief Technical Officer and VP of Solution Engineering, and Sendhil Venkatesan, Chief Technology Officer of Shriram Group. The two key speakers highlighted the role of hypermodal AI in fuelling seamless customer experiences and spurring business growth.

On the sidelines of the conference, Dynatrace made another important announcement regarding the launch of its Software-as-a-service (SaaS) based enterprise observability platform on Amazon Web Services (AWS) in India. This launch is aimed at assisting Indian enterprises in their cloud modernization journeys while ensuring compliance with local data, security and regulatory standards. By making the Dynatrace platform available on the AWS Marketplace, an online software store that aids customers in finding, buying and deploying software, Indian businesses will get easy access to Dynatrace. This will help them effortless deploy the platform and leverage deep AWS integrations for optimal efficiency and adherence to local data, security, and compliance regulations.

Subbu Subramanian, Regional Vice President, India of Dynatrace, emphasised on the role of Dynatrace and its Davis AI engine at the Gartner IT Symposium/Xpo 2023. "The spotlight on Dynatrace and our Davis AI engine underscores its transformative effect on customer experiences and business growth", he pointed out. He added that Dynatrace was proud to be leading the innovation that boosts digital transformation, augments productivity and delivers secure digital experiences to organisations.

Sendhil Venkatesan, Chief Technology Officer of Shriram Group also shared the transformative influence of AI. He said, "At the event, we demonstrated our strategic use of the Dynatrace platform, highlighting its vital role in delivering seamless, secure digital experiences.
