Huawei launches solutions for industrial transformation

Today

Huawei has unveiled a series of new industry solutions and global showcases aimed at accelerating industrial digital and intelligent transformation.

The company has presented 83 global showcases for industrial intelligent transformation across 71 key scenarios.

These developments are part of Huawei's strategy to enhance industrial intelligence and involve collaboration with customers and partners.

Leo Chen, Huawei's Corporate Senior Vice President and President of Enterprise Sales, outlined four key strategies necessary to propel intelligent transformation across industries.

"Firstly, we must deeply integrate technologies into industry scenarios and build a target ICT architecture for industrial intelligent transformation based on industry requirements, pain points, and development stages. Secondly, we need to build advanced, AI-oriented ICT infrastructure to support the exponential growth of AI workloads," he said.

"Thirdly, we must develop high-performance AI products that seamlessly integrate with open-source models, enhance AI development toolchains, and collaborate with industry partners, enabling AI to shift from technical showmanship to broad, inclusive accessibility, accelerating transformation in industries like healthcare and education. And fourthly, we must train ICT talent in a more targeted manner," Chen added.

Among the solutions launched with partners are the Inclusive Connectivity – Digital Village Solution, Public Services Digitalization Solution, Digital Training Solution, and Financial Data Center Resilience Solution.

Other significant offerings include the Intelligent Distribution Solution 2.0, Smart Railway Yard & Station Solution, and Intelligent Chemical Solution, all designed to enhance operational efficacy across sectors.

In support of inclusive AI adoption, Huawei introduced AI inference appliances that assist in deploying AI applications. These appliances accommodate over 50 mainstream large models.

Huawei also launched talent cultivation programs to foster an adept workforce. The Industry Elites in the ICT Classroom Program and the Leading ICT Talent Cultivation Program are initiatives designed to merge industry scenarios with technology expertise.

Ciyong Zou from UNIDO shared his thoughts on the power of collaborative partnerships, saying, "UNIDO-Huawei collaboration is a testament to the power of multi-stakeholder cooperation. These partnerships reinforce our shared belief that technology must serve humanity—not the other way around."

Mahmoud Bin Ahmed from Integrated Dawiyat highlighted the importance of robust digital infrastructure, stating, "One fiber for multi services can empower more than power, we commit to provide smart grid communication with premium user experience and leverage our world-leading neutral infrastructure for digital economy growth in Saudi Arabia."

Petrobras' ICT Services Manager Gil Brasileiro Fernandes noted the critical role of digital innovation, asserting, "Digital innovation is not just a choice, but the path to a more efficient, safer, and sustainable future."

Miguel López-Valverde from the Comunidad de Madrid commented on the region's digitalization strategy, mentioning, "Comunidad de Madrid will be the leading digitalization region in Europe."
