Qualtrics & LangChain join forces to enhance AI agents

Qualtrics and LangChain have formed a new partnership to develop specialised Experience Agents on the LangGraph Platform.

Qualtrics Experience Agents are designed to provide proactive, personalised interactions with both customers and employees in a manner that aligns with the brand, facilitating loyalty and trust.

These agents are built to be continuously available, integrating seamlessly across various communication channels while continuously analysing structured and unstructured feedback to enhance customer and employee interactions at scale.

The partnership allows Qualtrics to utilise the LangGraph Platform for the creation and management of these Experience Agents, which is expected to streamline the design and deployment of complex generative AI workflows with the necessary efficiency and scalability. A key advantage is the ability for Qualtrics to modify and manage agents without requiring coding expertise.

LangGraph's comprehensive APIs and debugging capabilities strengthen this framework further.

In addition to using the LangGraph Platform, Qualtrics will collaborate with LangChain to establish a standard open-source operating framework for constructing AI agents.

This is in response to the current landscape where organisations use diverse frameworks, leading to potential compatibility issues among different AI agents.

LangChain's goal is to provide a consistent framework for communication between agents, irrespective of the platforms they were developed on. Qualtrics's support will help ensure seamless integration of Experience Agents with existing technological infrastructures.
