RealWear acquires Almer to expand AR solutions globally

RealWear has announced its acquisition of Almer Technologies, a Swiss company known for its compact AR headsets.

The acquisition aims to enhance the adoption of wearable augmented reality (AR) solutions in industrial settings, potentially increasing the productivity of frontline workers. TeamViewer, known for its enterprise AR software, backs this acquisition strategically and financially.
