Sciative unveils ESOP plan for leadership team expansion

Sciative Solutions has announced the introduction of an Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP) for its leadership team to underpin growth and enhance operational efficiency.

Twelve individuals from Sciative's ranks, recognised for their exemplary performance and potential, were nominated for the ESOP programme. From this pool, seven have been selected to form a Core team responsible for spearheading essential company agendas spanning areas such as People & Culture, Product, Tech Excellence, Customer Success, as well as Growth & Marketing.

The selected team members are set to receive equity shares valued between INR 30-60 lakh, with the potential for a fivefold increase in value over the next four years. Additionally, to motivate long-term participation, the employees will benefit from a guaranteed minimum annual salary increment of 30%, alongside a lump sum cash bonus of INR 20 lakh, supplementing their cost to company (CTC).

This initiative is part of Sciative's strategic investment in fostering technical prowess, organisational development, and international business expansion. As Ms. Vijeta Soni, Co-founder and CEO of Sciative Solutions, stated, "We are pleased to announce this ESOP rollout, which is a part of our commitment to developing leadership within our enterprise." She further elaborated, "This is a first step in making sure that our core team does not only just drive innovation today but also shapes the future of Sciative. Investing in Direct Cost leadership means empowering our Key Team Members with ownership to enable their growth and, therefore, the long-term growth of the Company."

The Core team members will play active roles in crafting the company's values, work environment, and culture. They are expected to lead efforts in enhancing customer satisfaction, strengthening relationships with clientele, and advising on product decisions, while collaborating with committed colleagues in a supportive and dynamic setting.
