SentinelOne earns top ratings in Gartner review for security

SentinelOne has been named among the highest-rated vendors in the Gartner Peer Insights Voice of the Customer for Endpoint Protection Platforms report. The company's Singularity Platform received considerable praise, with 95% of respondents recommending it for enterprise security.

As of 1 July, over 1,600 end users had reviewed SentinelOne’s Singularity Platform on Gartner Peer Insights, a leading source for enterprise software and service reviews. With an overall review score of 4.8 out of 5, SentinelOne saw 75% of reviews giving it five stars based on 480 reviews up to April 2024.

One IT Manager for a healthcare organisation remarked, "The detection capabilities of the product are second to none with the hybrid approach using both AI/ML, behaviour heuristics, and definitions provide a higher pre and post detection rate than any other product in the space across almost all areas, not to mention the XDR functionality."

A Technical Consultant from an IT company described SentinelOne’s platform as "an all-in-one solution, providing a wide level of security for modern-day cyber attacks. Easy to deploy and manage, AI and ML are working even online and offline to mitigate all kinds of malware files and ransomware attacks."

In the banking sector, a Security Analyst highlighted the comprehensive capabilities of SentinelOne, stating, "The SentinelOne platform is really powerful and does much more than just EDR. It's smooth, quick, and full of usable data and insights."

The Singularity Platform also performed strongly in external evaluations, being ranked number one in detection and protection in the latest MITRE Engenuity ATT&CK Evaluations: Enterprise. A Director of IT at a retail company mentioned the effectiveness of the platform saying, "We were advised by this software following a cyber-attack, and the hackers recommended this type of solution. I was immediately seduced by the simplicity and also the good reaction of this tool."
