Admatazz has appointed Darrell Fernandes as Executive Vice President, Growth & Client Partnerships, adding a senior advertising executive to its leadership team.

Fernandes joins the independent digital marketing and media agency with more than two decades of experience in advertising, client servicing, business development and brand partnerships.

Most recently, he spent more than five years at White Rivers Media as Senior Vice President. There, he worked across brands including Dream11, Glenmark, Raymond, Hero MotoCorp and ITC Foods, and managed projects for Netflix and Dettol.

Earlier, Fernandes was Associate Vice President at Red Fuse, part of WPP, where he was part of the leadership team working on Colgate-Palmolive's India business. He has also held roles at Publicis Ambience, MullenLowe, Rediffusion Y&R and Bates 141.

Growth remit

In the new role, Fernandes will focus on business growth, existing client relationships and partnerships with prospective clients. His remit also includes identifying opportunities to expand Admatazz's brand partnerships.

The appointment comes as the agency looks to widen its client base and add more brands across India. Fernandes' experience across traditional and digital advertising is expected to support that effort.

Yash Chandiramani, Founder, Admatazz, said: "As Admatazz enters its next phase of growth, we are focused on building a team that can take on larger challenges and create greater value for our clients. Darrell brings over two decades of experience across some of the leading names in advertising, with a strong understanding of both traditional and digital domains. His experience and perspective will be valuable as we strengthen our existing partnerships, build new relationships and continue to grow the business. We are excited to have him join our leadership team."

Agency background

Admatazz describes itself as an independent agency focused on digital marketing and media. It has been building an integrated model that brings together creativity, media, technology and strategy as competition in the advertising sector intensifies.

Fernandes' appointment reflects a wider pattern across agencies, with senior executives experienced in both traditional advertising and digital work moving into roles tied to revenue, client retention and new business. Agencies are increasingly seeking leaders who can manage long-term client relationships while helping them compete for larger mandates.

His track record spans agency environments from multinational networks to independent firms. That background gives him experience across both legacy brand accounts and newer digital-first assignments, a mix that has become more relevant as marketers seek agencies that can handle a broader range of communications needs.

Fernandes said: "Good advertising starts with understanding a brand's business challenge and developing a strategic and creative response that delivers outcomes that matter. What drew me to Admatazz is the opportunity to work with a team that brings these capabilities together, backed by a strong body of work. I look forward to building meaningful partnerships with clients, understanding their business challenges and identifying opportunities where we can create real value. I'm delighted to join Yash, Samyaak and the rest of the team at this exciting stage of Admatazz's journey."

The appointment adds another senior executive to Admatazz as it looks to deepen relationships with existing clients and pursue new business in a crowded advertising market.
