Alyve Health partners with CaratLane for habit challenge
A new partnership between Alyve Health and CaratLane has resulted in the launch of the "Becoming a Habit Champion" program, with an emphasis on promoting employee well-being and cultivating healthy habits.
The programme involves a 21-day challenge for CaratLane employees, who will track their habit goals using the Alyve Health app. This initiative will culminate in a closing ceremony that celebrates the habit champions and provides participants an opportunity to discuss their experiences.
CaratLane, in collaboration with Alyve Health, has introduced this programme to foster a workplace culture where health, habit, and growth are interlinked. The company aims to support its employees in forming positive habits through personalised coaching, community support, gamification, and accountability. These components are designed to help employees transform their goals into enduring habits.

Throughout the programme, participants will engage in both in-person and virtual sessions that are facilitated by Alyve Health's Shreya R. Iyer, Lead Well-Being Expert and Habit Coach, and Siddhi Aiyya, Counselling Psychologist and Habit Coach. Employees will employ the Alyve Health app to monitor their daily habit objectives.
The initiative also seeks to introduce long-term benefits for employees, according to Sushant Roy, Co-Founder, Chief Operating Officer, and Chief Business Officer of Alyve Health.
