HCLTech & UiPath partner to deliver agentic automation at scale
HCLTech and UiPath have announced a strategic partnership to deliver agentic automation solutions for enterprises internationally.
The collaboration aims to assist businesses across various sectors in implementing agentic automation on a large scale, enabling self-sufficient business process operations with minimal human involvement.
HCLTech plans to integrate its artificial intelligence capabilities with the UiPath Platform, targeting autonomous operations in finance, supply chain management, procurement, customer service, marketing, and human resources.
Through this partnership, HCLTech will introduce pre-configured AI agents and control mechanisms to streamline deployment and promote scalability, focusing on improving business agility, workforce efficiency, and achieving faster returns on automation investments for global clients.
HCLTech will also set up an AI lab in India in partnership with UiPath. The lab will focus on developing Industry Focused Repeatable Solutions (IFRS) and minimum viable products (MVPs) for the entire automation lifecycle, from strategy formulation to execution and continual optimisation.
The company intends to leverage its global delivery model to support UiPath customers in North America, Europe, and the Asia-Pacific region.
