Lockton India has launched LocktonThrive, an employee wellbeing product that uses an AI-led platform from AdvantageClub.ai to bring workplace wellbeing services into a single digital interface.
The offering, under Lockton Services India, targets employers running multiple wellbeing programmes across different providers. LocktonThrive uses a configurable platform and a standardised set-up model, positioned as a plug-and-play option for HR and benefits teams.
Wellbeing services are often spread across insurers, health providers and specialist vendors, with separate initiatives for fitness, counselling, financial education and social engagement. LocktonThrive consolidates these categories on one platform, accessed through a single employee login.
Platform Partners
Lockton developed the product with AdvantageClub.ai, which provides the underlying technology. AdvantageClub.ai operates in employee engagement, rewards and recognition, and wellness software. Lockton contributes advisory input and delivers to clients through its people solutions teams.
The product groups services under four headings: physical, mental, social and financial wellbeing. It also includes engagement tools used across AdvantageClub.ai's wider offering, including rewards and recognition features, wellbeing challenges and incentives.
Companies often struggle to measure participation when wellbeing activities run across multiple portals and benefit administrators. A single interface can change how employees find programmes and register, and how employers monitor usage and manage vendor relationships.
Lockton expects the product to appeal to employers seeking a digital-first approach and a more consistent employee experience. It also framed the launch as part of a broader shift in how wellbeing fits into workforce strategy.
Participation rates remain a key concern. Many programmes attract interest at launch but fade when communications slow or the user experience is fragmented. LocktonThrive links wellbeing services with recognition and incentive mechanics already within AdvantageClub.ai's product set.
Executive View
Cedric Luah, Head of People Solutions, Lockton Asia, described wellbeing as a strategic issue rather than a benefits add-on.
"Employee wellbeing has evolved into a true strategic priority for organisations, far beyond a traditional benefits conversation. As workforces face rising stress, shifting expectations, and increasingly diverse needs, wellbeing now plays a critical role in strengthening engagement, productivity, and long-term workforce strength. Our partnership with AdvantageClub.ai brings together advisory expertise and seamless digital integration to help employers build a more connected, data-driven wellbeing strategy - delivering measurable outcomes and supporting long-term workforce resilience," said Cedric Luah, Head of People Solutions, Lockton Asia.
AdvantageClub.ai said the product is designed to simplify how employees use benefits and how HR teams administer programmes.
"I've always believed that employee wellness shouldn't feel like a complicated puzzle. Our vision at AdvantageClub.ai is to make workplaces healthier by integrating all the pieces and empowering users with choices. Partnering with Lockton allows us to do exactly that at scale. By powering LocktonThrive, we're giving employees a single, easy-to-use platform to manage their health across physical, mental, financial, and family care. This will not only make it easy for employees but will also increase adoption by removing inefficiencies. We are essentially taking the 'work' out of wellness for HR teams, and I'm excited to see how this partnership helps the working population across India to be their best selves every day!" said Sourabh Deorah.
Market Context
Corporate wellbeing has expanded in India as employers compete for talent and respond to changing employee expectations. Programmes now often extend beyond gym memberships and annual medical check-ups to include mental health access, family support services and flexible benefits allowances.
At the same time, HR teams have faced a growing number of point solutions, each with its own app, onboarding flows and reporting methods. This fragmentation can reduce employee uptake and complicate compliance and procurement.
LocktonThrive enters a market that includes insurers, third-party administrators, health-tech firms and employee engagement platforms. Its focus is consolidation and employee experience, supported by engagement mechanics common in rewards and recognition products.
AdvantageClub.ai said it has more than 15 million users, operates in more than 100 countries, and works with more than 1,200 clients. The company was established in 2016 and is headquartered in San Francisco.
Lockton describes itself as the world's largest independent insurance brokerage, with more than 13,100 associates doing business in over 160 countries. Lockton was founded in 1966 and is headquartered in Kansas City, Missouri. In Asia, it operates through more than 24 offices in 12 countries, including India.
Both companies expect the partnership to expand how employers in India package wellbeing services, with LocktonThrive positioned as a single point of access for multiple programmes and vendors.
