LogicMonitor appoints Greg Gallant to lead APJ channel strategy

Today

LogicMonitor has named Greg Gallant as head of channel for Asia Pacific and Japan, with a focus on bolstering regional partner strategy and supporting customer operations.

Gallant will be responsible for leading LogicMonitor's regional channel strategy, working closely with partners across Asia Pacific and Japan (APJ) to facilitate expanded market coverage and the delivery of AI-powered solutions designed to enhance operational resilience and performance.

Channel leadership

Gallant brings more than 20 years of channel experience in the APJ market. He started his career in the late 1990s as an IT consultant, gaining a technical background before moving into the channel and leading go-to-market programmes, partner enablement, and revenue growth initiatives across a range of markets.

As part of his new role, Gallant is tasked with strengthening LogicMonitor's partner engagement to cater to the requirements of enterprises transitioning to hybrid and multi-cloud environments. The company has signalled that this appointment is part of its strategy to help customers minimise outages, improve operational agility, and convert actionable insights into business value.

Strategic focus

"LogicMonitor is deepening our partner engagement to meet the evolving needs of modern enterprises," said Richard Gerdis, vice president and general manager, Asia-Pacific, LogicMonitor. "Greg brings a partner-first mindset and a proven track record of building long-term, high-value relationships. His leadership will accelerate our channel strategy across APJ and help partners deliver measurable outcomes for customers."

Under Gallant's guidance, the company aims to reinforce its collaboration with channel partners and support organisations seeking to enhance their resilience, reduce time-to-value, and simplify operations across cloud and on-premises settings.

Partner ecosystem

"I am excited to join LogicMonitor and build on the company's continued growth and success," said Greg Gallant, head of channel, Asia Pacific and Japan, LogicMonitor. "APJ is home to an incredibly diverse partner ecosystem. My approach is simple: operate as an extension of our partners' teams, align to their goals and equip them to deliver outstanding solutions and business impact for their clients.
"The channel has always been about more than transactions; it's about genuine connections, trust and collaboration. My approach is to work alongside partners as an extension of their team, understanding their goals and aligning LogicMonitor's resources to help them succeed. LogicMonitor has an exceptional partner ecosystem across Asia Pacific and Japan, and I'm looking forward to working together to unlock new growth opportunities and deliver even greater value to customers."

Gallant's appointment comes at a time of growing demand for unified observability solutions as organisations in the region expand their use of public cloud, on-premises, and edge computing environments. The company stated that it is committed to supporting partners who assist customers in achieving operational objectives as technology landscapes become more complex.

The naming of Gallant signals LogicMonitor's continued investment in the Asia Pacific and Japan region, particularly in initiatives centred on partner success and customer outcomes.
