Marigold unveils AI advancements to boost customer loyalty

Marigold has announced an expanded roadmap for its AI capabilities, focusing on enhancing customer engagement, loyalty, and lifetime value through its platform, Marigold AI (MAI).

Marigold aims to create meaningful, human-centred experiences by integrating AI technologies across its product lines, including Cheetah Digital, Campaign Monitor, and Sailthru. These integrations offer marketers features such as content writing, product recommendations, machine learning predictions, and audience discovery.

Marigold's Chief Executive Officer, Mike Gordon, stated, "Our focus is on what truly matters for the future of marketing: helping marketers build stronger, lasting relationships with their customers. The initiative highlights the company's commitment to using AI as a strategic advisor, productivity amplifier, engagement accelerator, and brand champion. By leveraging data and predictive analytics, MAI aims to help marketers find new audiences, anticipate customer needs, and make more strategic, data-driven decisions.

In addition to automating tasks and streamlining workflows, MAI seeks to personalise customer experiences at scale, thereby capturing and retaining customer attention more effectively.

According to a report from the Marketing AI Institute, 51% of marketers are either piloting or scaling AI, demonstrating a rapid increase from 42% last year. This trend highlights a critical need for AI solutions that prioritise trust and genuine customer relationships.
