Newgen Software has been recognised by Gartner in the 2024 Magic Quadrant for Enterprise Low-Code Application Platforms for the fifth consecutive year.

Newgen Software, known for its AI-enabled automation solutions, was identified as a niche player in Gartner's assessment, which evaluated its NewgenONE platform. This year's report included an evaluation of 13 low-code application platform providers.

Gartner, in the report, noted that "The enterprise LCAPs included in this research demonstrate successful adoption for business application delivery in all use cases and every business vertical."

Newgen primarily serves large and midsize enterprises across banking, insurance, government, and healthcare sectors. The company has a strong foundation in Intelligent Document Processing and document management, with advancements in Optical Character Recognition (OCR) and Natural Language Processing (NLP) through Marvin GenAI tools.

Virender Jeet, CEO at Newgen Software, stated, "Being recognised for the fifth consecutive year in the 2024 Gartner Magic Quadrant for Enterprise Low-Code Application Platforms (LCAP), we feel, is a testament to our unwavering commitment to innovation and excellence. At Newgen, our mission is to drive transformative growth for businesses worldwide by simplifying complex workflows and embedding agility at the core of operations. We empower enterprises to not only navigate but thrive in the ever-evolving market and regulatory environments."

Earlier this year, Newgen Software was identified by Forrester among 'Notable Vendors' in "The Content Platforms Landscape, Q3 2024," report, authored by Cheryl McKinnon et al.

This Forrester report recognised Newgen alongside other notable vendors in the content platforms space. The analyst firm shared detailed insights into the evolving content management space, enabling technology leaders to choose an ideal platform to cater to their document management needs.

According to Forrester, content platforms are "software platforms architected specifically for the design, development, and delivery of document-, content-, or process-rich applications. These platforms enable the decoupling of repository, application, and UI layers and reveal services and APIs for application creation and integration."

The NewgenONE Contextual Content Services Platform has been enabling enterprise-wide digital transformation through comprehensive content management capabilities. The core use cases of Newgen's ECM platform, include document-centric collaboration, process automation, and information governance. Additionally, the platform has offered extended use cases, excelling in low-code development, vertical content apps, and serving as a document hub for enterprise systems.

The scalable, cloud-native platform has been integrated with new-age technologies, such as artificial intelligence (AI), machine learning (ML), generative AI (GenAI), and other tools for capturing content from multiple sources, managing it securely, and ensuring easy access across devices. This adaptability of the platform has enabled organisations globally to create a seamless, highly connected digital workplace.

"We are proud to earn the prestigious recognition by Forrester. To us, it reinforces our drive to develop solutions that make a real difference for organisations and help them thrive in a digital-first environment. By focusing on automating knowledge work, enhancing collaboration, and ensuring strong information governance, our ECM platform is empowering organisations to unlock the full potential of their enterprise-wide content," said Runki, Global CMO, Newgen Software Technologies.
