Parallels & XenTegra India team up to boost digital workspaces

Fri, 14th Nov 2025

Parallels has formed a strategic partnership with XenTegra India as it seeks to accelerate its growth in the country's end-user computing market.

The two companies will focus on improving how organisations deliver digital workspaces across India, combining Parallels' suite of virtualisation tools with XenTegra's local partner network and technical support expertise.

Market expansion

The collaboration places India at the centre of Parallels' push across Asia. The company is aiming to capitalise on domestic demand for secure and flexible remote work solutions by leveraging XenTegra's established presence and operational experience in the region. Parallels will look to drive adoption of its Remote Application Server, Secure Workspace, Desktop-as-a-Service and Browser Isolation products among Indian enterprises and service providers.

Asif Khan, Country Manager at Parallels India, highlighted the importance of the partnership, particularly in regard to enabling digital transformation in enterprise environments.

"Parallels is investing deeply in the Asia region-India in particular. This partnership underscores our commitment to helping Indian enterprises modernize their digital workspaces. Together with XenTegra, we are enabling partners to deliver secure, seamless, and scalable workspace experiences to customers navigating the hybrid era," said Asif Khan, Country Manager, Parallels India.

Partner engagement

To support its expansion efforts, Parallels and XenTegra India will hold partner roadshows in both Mumbai and Bengaluru in December. These events will include technical workshops, live demonstrations and free certifications, targeting the reseller, system integrator and managed service provider segments. The initiatives are intended to help channel partners enhance their offerings and develop profitable practices around end-user computing.

Moin Khan, Managing Director at XenTegra India, said the collaboration will give partners and enterprises more choice in digital workspace platforms.

"Parallels brings unmatched strength in secure, simplified application and desktop delivery. As a Parallels Platinum Partner, XenTegra is proud to collaborate in giving Indian partners and enterprises an alternative that is innovative, predictable, and cost-efficient-built for today's hybrid workforce," said Moin Khan.

Shifting landscape

The initiative comes at a time of transition for India's virtualisation sector, as enterprises reassess their infrastructure amid software vendor changes and increased operational costs. Both companies have positioned their joint effort as a response to organisations seeking reliable and affordable alternatives to existing digital workspace solutions.

The two-city roadshow will showcase the capabilities of Parallels' products in real-world scenarios, emphasising their potential to support the requirements of modern, hybrid workforces.
