Celonis launches app to help businesses comply with new EUDR
Celonis has launched a new application designed to help organisations meet the requirements of the incoming EU Deforestation Regulation (EUDR), which will come into force at the end of 2025.
Regulatory requirements
The EUDR will require companies operating in the EU to ensure goods including cocoa, soy, coffee, palm oil, rubber, and wood are traceable to their geographic source and produced without contributing to deforestation. Businesses must prove these goods comply with the regulation by submitting auditable, end-to-end documentation confirming legal and sustainable sourcing.
The new EUDR Manager App, built by Ventum Consulting on the Celonis platform and powered by sustainability software provider IntegrityNext, aims to enable companies to embed EUDR compliance into daily business operations and supply chain management. With the EUDR regulation set to take effect from December 2025, Celonis and its partners said that companies face growing obligations to verify that global supply chains are deforestation-free.
Integration and automation
The EUDR Manager App combines Celonis's Process Intelligence platform with IntegrityNext's ESG risk intelligence and supplier engagement capabilities, and Ventum Consulting's expertise in system integration and process management. The collaboration is intended to provide an automated and scalable solution, from supplier onboarding and geolocation tracking to AI-powered deforestation risk screening and real-time compliance dashboards.
Among its features are multilingual supplier communication via the IntegrityNext global supplier network, standardised compliance documentation and workflows as required by Article 9 of the EUDR, geolocation collection using satellite imagery, and the automated generation and submission of Due Diligence Statements via the TRACES system. The app also includes real-time business process integration and exception alerts, facilitating management and reporting of compliance across procurement and sales channels.
Celonis expects that the application will offer a proactive and fully auditable approach to meet EUDR requirements, supporting both forest conservation and supply chain reliability.

This collaboration is another step forward on our mission."

Together with IntegrityNext and Celonis, we've developed a powerful solution that simplifies compliance and brings transparency to the process. App programme
The EUDR Manager App is part of the Celonis Platform Apps Programme, which is designed to equip businesses with use-case-specific applications that leverage the Celonis Process Intelligence platform. The new app also forms part of the Celonis Sustainability Solution Suite.
Celonis has positioned the EUDR Manager App as a tool to help companies achieve regulatory readiness as more scrutiny is placed on environmental and social responsibility within international supply chains.
