DoiT deepens AWS partnership to drive GenAI & FinOps growth

Yesterday

DoiT has announced an expansion of its Strategic Collaboration Agreement with Amazon Web Services to enhance its generative AI capabilities for AWS customers.

The expanded agreement is aimed at equipping AWS customers with additional GenAI support, regardless of their current stage in adopting artificial intelligence within their organisations. Under the revised collaboration, DoiT plans to offer further investments and advancements to assist customers as they navigate the increasing adoption of AI and cloud technologies.

DoiT reported significant growth among its customers over the past year, crediting the adoption of a suite of GenAI accelerators for this trend. The usage of Amazon Bedrock - a managed service for building and scaling generative AI applications - rose by 1,254%, while utilisation of Amazon Q, an AI-powered assistant, more than doubled. DoiT stated that, with AWS, it has enabled customers to rapidly progress from the ideation of use cases to proof-of-concept and on to production in an average timespan of six weeks.

As background to the partnership, DoiT entered a five-year SCA with AWS in 2023, targeting $5 billion in business driven by cloud consumption across a spectrum of organisations, from digital-native startups to large enterprises. As a result of this relationship, DoiT has acquired six AWS Competencies, including a GenAI competency, and five AWS Service Delivery designations. The company has also gained more than 500 AWS certifications for its cloud architects and participates in six AWS partner programmes.

DoiT was recently named a finalist in the AWS Nova Partner Demo competition, recognised for its Marketing Campaign Generator and Analyser, a solution utilising generative AI.

Business transformation focus

"As generative AI reshapes the future of business, our expanded collaboration with AWS ensures that customers have access to the most advanced, scalable and cost-efficient solutions available," said Vadim Solovey, CEO of DoiT. "Together, we're accelerating innovation, making GenAI truly enterprise-ready, all backed by deep expertise, trusted infrastructure and a relentless focus on delivering business value."

The company's proprietary platform, DoiT Cloud Intelligence, will be used to deliver a range of features to AWS customers under the agreement. The platform is designed to supply insights and recommended actions that help clients optimise their GenAI investments and align workloads with overall business objectives, while also enabling risk management and scalable operations. DoiT highlights its commitment to supporting organisations focused on financial operations (FinOps) in what it calls the Cloud+ era. The DoiT platform's capabilities have been certified by the FinOps Foundation, representing what the company describes as the highest level of recognition from the organisation.

DoiT has developed its Cloud Intelligence platform to provide intent-aware FinOps solutions, supporting businesses in maximising returns on their cloud spending by connecting every dollar to specific workload goals and helping to uncover inefficiencies. The platform includes stack-level telemetry and contextual insights intended to foster targeted optimisations and closer integration across technical and business stakeholders. The company acknowledged its particular expertise in working with AWS and other cloud providers such as Google Cloud and Azure.
