NIIT & clients win seven awards for excellence in AI learning
NIIT Managed Training Services (NIIT MTS) and its client nominees have been recognised with seven awards at the Chief Learning Officer Learning in Practise Awards 2025. The accolades include recognition for innovations in technology, strategic leadership, and learning programme delivery within the corporate learning sector.
Technology innovation
NIIT's artificial intelligence-powered tool, NVERSE, received the Silver Award for Excellence in Technology Innovation. NVERSE was developed to enable tailored learning experiences through advanced AI and data analytics. The award highlights the growing incorporation of automation and data-driven solutions in learning and development functions across major corporations.
Client achievement
Client nominees of NIIT MTS also received six awards across different categories. John Kusi-Mensah from Metlife and Mark Slaga from Kyndryl were among those recognised for their work in learning strategy, technology implementation, and leadership. These awards span Gold and Silver accolades in both Innovation and Strategy categories, a Gold award for Technology, and a Gold for Trailblazing Leadership.

The Chief Learning Officer Learning in Practise Awards were established to honour professionals who demonstrate excellence in the design and execution of employee development programmes. According to the organisers, recipients are selected for their ability to deliver business outcomes through effective leadership, strategic alignment, and operational impact.
