Arctic Wolf expands cyber resilience and AI security tools

Arctic Wolf has expanded its cybersecurity portfolio with a new cyber resilience offering, further development of its AI-powered security operations centre and a partner programme focused on exposure management.

The company said the Cyber Resilience offering combines security operations, exposure management, endpoint protection and incident response. Eligible customers can also receive up to USD $3 million in warranty coverage if a security incident occurs while using the offering.

The company is also expanding its Aurora Agentic SOC, which it says now processes more than 10 trillion security events each week. The platform has resolved more than three million security cases and conducts more than 200,000 investigations each week.

A third initiative, the Cyber AI Readiness Accelerator, will allow partners to combine Arctic Wolf's attack surface management technology with their own consulting, advisory and remediation services.

Cyber resilience

The Cyber Resilience offering is designed to address security before, during and after an incident.

Its prevention and risk reduction capabilities include Aurora Managed Detection and Response, Aurora Attack Surface Management, Aurora Vulnerability Management with Resolve Patch Management, Aurora Managed Endpoint Defense and Aurora Managed Security Awareness.

The incident response component is provided through Aurora Incident Response 360, which is intended to support threat containment and recovery.

The package also includes Arctic Wolf's Security Operations Warranty, offering eligible customers up to USD $3 million in coverage following a security incident.

Arctic Wolf cited its 2026 AI & Cybersecurity Trends Report, which found that 63% of organisations experienced a significant cybersecurity incident during the previous year. Nearly half of those affected reported productivity disruptions lasting at least two weeks.

The offering builds on Aurora Exposure Management, which provides continuous visibility into exposed assets and attack paths. It is also designed to help organisations prioritise vulnerabilities and accelerate remediation.

Agentic security

Arctic Wolf is also expanding its Aurora Agentic SOC, which uses specialised AI agents to investigate and resolve security activity.

The company said its Swarm of Experts architecture coordinates AI agents across investigation, analysis, validation and resolution. The Aurora Agentic SOC can resolve some investigations in as little as 12 seconds, while customers are resolving cases 26% faster year over year, according to Arctic Wolf.

"Bringing scale, value, trust, and speed together in a single platform is exactly what this moment in cybersecurity demands, and it's what lets our customers act with confidence no matter how fast the threat landscape evolves," said Schiappa.

The platform uses the AI Trust Engine to validate agent behaviour and decisions. Arctic Wolf said more than 60% of case volume is autonomously resolved as high-confidence closures.

More complex investigations can be escalated to human analysts. The company said approximately one-third of complex cases benefit from final human verification.

Arctic Wolf is also introducing Mean Time to Trusted Action, or MTTA, as a metric for measuring how quickly organisations receive guidance that they can confidently act on.

The company said the metric is intended to complement established measures such as Mean Time to Detect and Mean Time to Respond. It focuses on the time between a security event and the point at which an organisation has sufficient validated information to take action.

The Aurora Agentic SOC and Aurora Superintelligence Platform provide predictable pricing, unlimited data ingestion and unlimited investigations, according to Arctic Wolf. The company said deployment takes approximately 10 days and that the service is roughly 12 times more cost-effective than building and maintaining an agentic SOC internally.

Partner expansion

Arctic Wolf is also extending its partner strategy through the Cyber AI Readiness Accelerator.

The programme allows partners to combine Aurora Attack Surface Management with their own consulting, advisory and remediation services. It is designed around a 30-day assessment that identifies unmanaged or exposed assets, attack paths and areas of elevated risk.

Customers receive a prioritised roadmap for remediation based on risk and business impact.

The programme can be used alongside existing vulnerability management systems rather than requiring customers to replace their existing tools.

The accelerator is initially available in beta through a select group of Arctic Wolf partners.

Arctic Wolf said its MSP business has grown approximately 60% year over year, with nearly twice as many managed service providers now transacting with the company.

Recent additions for its MSP ecosystem include Aurora Managed Endpoint Defense, Aurora Mobile Threat Defense for MSP Plus, the MSP Portal, Reports API functionality, integrated patch management through Resolve and Data Explorer Lite for MDR customers.
