Blue Cloud deploys AI video system at Telangana clinic

Fri, 30th Jan 2026

Blue Cloud Softech Solutions has deployed its AccessGenie AIoT Video Analytics Platform at a dialysis centre operated by the Rajiv Aarogyasri Health Care Trust. Located at Area Hospital in Kondapur, Hyderabad, the project is being delivered under a public-private partnership model.

Following an extensive evaluation of functional, security, and performance parameters, the Trust has certified the system's completion and operational readiness. The company stated that the platform surpassed all functional, operational, and security benchmarks during the assessment process.

The deployment places video analytics and related monitoring tools into a government-associated healthcare setting that operates under the Arogyasri scheme in Telangana. Blue Cloud Softech Solutions is listed on the BSE under the ticker 539607.

Monitoring scope

Blue Cloud Softech Solutions said AccessGenie covers staff and patient entry and exit points at the dialysis centre. The company said the platform tracks movements and records attendance data. It also said the system supports visitor management and site security processes.

The company said the platform uses facial recognition for patient identification on arrival. It described the method as contactless authentication. It said the approach reduces identity mismatches and streamlines check-in.

Blue Cloud Softech Solutions also described workflow monitoring in the facility based on movement pattern tracking. It said the platform analyses staff and patient flow. It said the output provides insight into bottlenecks and adherence to treatment schedules.

Device integration

The company stated that AccessGenie integrates directly with dialysis machines to capture and correlate patient health metrics, such as blood pressure and heart rate, in real time.

Blue Cloud Softech Solutions confirmed that the system stores video feeds and clinical metadata within a secure environment. This storage framework is designed to align strictly with data privacy laws and healthcare regulations, featuring robust access controls and comprehensive audit trails to ensure data integrity.

The company said the platform also connects through secure APIs to the Arogyasri SAS platform. It said this allows real-time data exchange for analytics, reporting and governance requirements set by the trust.

Safety features

Blue Cloud Softech Solutions said the platform includes anomaly and safety detection features. It listed fall detection, mob gathering alerts, fire and smoke detection, suspicious behaviour identification, emotion tracking and abandoned object alerts.

The trust's confirmation of benchmark performance gives the company a reference deployment in a clinical environment where security and operational controls matter. Public-private partnership facilities often sit between public sector oversight and private operator execution, with reporting and audit requirements that can shape technology choices.

Blue Cloud Softech Solutions described the Kondapur installation as a demonstration of its ability to deliver integrated systems for healthcare facilities operating under a public-private partnership model. The company did not disclose contract value, commercial terms, or whether the deployment would extend to other sites.

Company position

Blue Cloud Softech Solutions was established in 1991. The company said it operates across India, the UK, the US, the UAE, Israel, France, Singapore and Tanzania. It positions itself across defence, cybersecurity and enterprise technology services.

It also said it works on secure connectivity projects, including 5G fixed wireless access deployments for public infrastructure, railways and enterprise environments. The company described investments across AI, cybersecurity, secure connectivity and semiconductor-enabled solutions.

"The successful deployment of the AccessGenie AIoT Video Analytics Platform reflects BCSSL's strong commitment to socially responsible innovation and the delivery of cost-effective, technology-driven healthcare solutions for the Rajiv Aarogyasri Health Care Trust, Government of Telangana," said Mr. Tejesh Kodali, Group Chairman, Blue Cloud Softech Solutions Limited.
