CoachHub launches AIMY, an AI-driven bespoke coach
CoachHub has introduced AIMYTM, an artificial intelligence (AI) coach designed to democratise coaching across the global workforce.
The new AI coach aims to enhance employee performance, engagement, and development through the utilisation of established coaching frameworks. These frameworks are meant to deliver a reliable, scalable, and compliant solution to companies around the world. Personalisation is at the heart of AIMYTM's offering, which has been validated by certified coaches as well as CoachHub's Science Council and the International Coaching Federation (ICF).
A collaboration with Microsoft has bolstered the technological capabilities of AIMYTM. "We are entering a new era of professional empowerment — the people era, where every employee can have their own coach and access personalised learning and development resources," stated Matti Niebelschütz, CEO of CoachHub.
He further noted that AIMYTM focuses on removing barriers and facilitating professional growth on a global scale. The innovation aligns coaching with core values and strategic objectives, thus aiding individuals in unlocking their potential and enabling organisations to retain and cultivate talent.
AIMYTM distinguishes itself by serving as an active partner rather than a reactive tool, deviating from traditional generative AI practices. The platform channels established coaching frameworks to guide constructive conversations, align with organisational objectives, and inspire transformative outcomes. The AI coach is fully customisable, offering unique interactions tailored to individual preferences, and is available with multilingual support and across various devices. With an emphasis on bridging company objectives with personal advancement, AIMYTM seeks to deliver measurable improvements in today's dynamic business landscape.
Over six years, CoachHub has carved a niche in delivering digital coaching solutions to over 1,000 organisations, bolstered by insights from the company's AI unit and backed by over 3,500 professional coaches. The trust placed in CoachHub is strengthened by the incorporation of Microsoft Azure, which ensures data protection under GDPR, all while optimising efficiency.
Microsoft has played a significant role in supporting the rollout of AIMYTM. Jason Graefe, Corporate Vice President, ISV and Digital Natives at Microsoft, remarked, "CoachHub's AI Coach AIMYTM fills a critical gap in the professional development landscape, providing organisations with a personalised, intelligent solution to address a growing skills shortage and rapid technological transformation." Microsoft's Azure platform is key in maintaining AIMYTM's secure and scalable infrastructure, helping companies maintain competitiveness in global markets.
The introduction of AIMYTM is set to help organisations achieve a balance between workforce investment and budget management, promoting a culture of ongoing learning which supports business performance and employee engagement. Carlos Delgado Conde, Director HR Planning & Development Europe at CEMEX, commented, "AIMYTM will significantly improve and enhance the overall experience of our people. It will help them boost their productivity and performance by offering a personalised AI coach available to them 24/7."
AIMYTM is accessible to customers beginning Q1 2025 and represents the latest step for CoachHub in its mission to provide comprehensive coaching solutions across various industries worldwide.
