Consistent Infosystems has wrapped up a Bali trip for more than 150 surveillance channel partners from across India and used the event to announce a new annual incentive scheme.

The gathering brought together senior executives and channel partners for meetings, recognition activities and team-bonding sessions aimed at strengthening ties across the company's surveillance network. Partners from multiple regions attended.

Leadership on the trip included Yogesh Agrawal, CMD & Co-Founder, and Chandan Kumar, VP - Sales, along with other team members. The event gave leadership and channel teams an opportunity to exchange business perspectives with partners and strengthen collaboration.

A key announcement during the trip was a new annual incentive scheme for surveillance partners. Under it, eligible partners can qualify for a trip to Spain and Italy by meeting annual business targets set by the company.

The move adds a new reward layer to a channel programme that already includes recognition initiatives. It also highlights the importance of indirect sales networks in India's surveillance market, where vendors often rely on distributors and resellers to expand their reach across cities and regions.

Partner focus

The Bali programme was designed to go beyond routine business meetings. Reward and recognition activities were part of the itinerary, alongside team-building exercises intended to acknowledge partner contributions and encourage closer engagement across the network.

Consistent has built a broad channel footprint in India, working with 3,795 channel partners nationwide, along with 25 branches and more than 93 service centres.

Its wider business spans IT hardware, networking, surveillance products, print consumables, electronics and gaming. The company says it has a portfolio of more than 693 products, over 400 direct employees and exports to 17 countries.

In India, channel relationships remain a key route to growth for technology and surveillance suppliers, especially outside the largest metropolitan areas. Incentive travel, recognition events and target-linked reward schemes are commonly used across the sector to retain reseller loyalty and drive sales.

Consistent has been expanding across several technology segments since starting operations in New Delhi in 2011. It now serves more than 5.5 crore customers.

Agrawal outlined the company's view of the role its reseller base plays during the trip.

"Our channel partners have always been an integral part of Consistent's growth journey. This trip was an opportunity to spend meaningful time with our partners, recognise their contribution and strengthen the relationships that go beyond business. The R&R and team-bonding activities were planned to create a more connected partner experience, while the new Spain and Italy incentive scheme is another step towards rewarding our surveillance partners for their performance and commitment. We look forward to building on these partnerships and creating greater opportunities for mutual growth," said Yogesh Agrawal, CMD & Co-Founder, Consistent Infosystems.
