Akash Gupta and Mayank Berry are building Inlobo.ai, an artificial intelligence customer acquisition platform designed to connect lead generation and conversion in one system.

Developed by Pro HousyPoint Tech Solutions, Inlobo.ai is based on the founders' view that businesses are moving away from separate software for lead capture, customer relationship management, messaging, calling and campaign management.

Gupta is Founder and Chairman of Pro HousyPoint Tech Solutions, while Berry is Chief Executive Officer of Inlobo.ai and Chief Technology Officer at Pro HousyPoint Tech Solutions. They are focused on combining functions often spread across multiple tools, including WhatsApp automation, AI voice interactions, workflow automation, appointment scheduling and analytics.

The pitch reflects a broader shift in how artificial intelligence is being used in business software. Rather than automating a single task, software companies are increasingly trying to connect workflows across marketing, customer communications and sales.

At many companies, customer acquisition remains split across different systems, leaving data fragmented and forcing staff to move between multiple applications. Inlobo.ai aims to address that by acting as a single layer across the process from lead capture to conversion.

Berry is leading the product and technology roadmap, with an emphasis on AI architecture and workflow automation. Gupta oversees business strategy and market direction, drawing on experience with the operational challenges businesses face.

Integrated approach

The founders describe the product as an AI-native platform rather than a conventional customer relationship management tool. They argue that AI's value in customer acquisition will come from connecting systems, rather than adding isolated features to existing software.

That view places Inlobo.ai in a crowded market where companies are trying to distinguish themselves from standard CRM providers and single-purpose automation products. The platform combines lead capture, CRM, WhatsApp automation, centralised calling, AI voice, workflows, appointment scheduling, campaigns and analytics within one ecosystem.

Pro HousyPoint Tech Solutions also operates in other areas, including PropTech. Its broader technology portfolio includes HousyPoint Home Inspection, a property inspection and technical evaluation service focused on the real estate sector.

Gupta said the commercial case for AI is moving beyond team-level productivity. "AI is no longer just about improving productivity within individual teams. The real opportunity lies in connecting fragmented business processes into one intelligent ecosystem. Our vision with Inlobo.ai is to help organisations move beyond disconnected software and build a more seamless customer acquisition journey powered by AI," said Akash Gupta, Founder and Chairman of Pro HousyPoint Tech Solutions.

The product strategy centres on how businesses manage data generated across marketing and communication tools. The founders say fragmented information can slow decisions and make it harder to automate follow-up and conversion activity.

Berry said the technology should be built around operational issues rather than novelty. "Businesses today generate data across multiple platforms, but that data often remains disconnected. We are focused on building AI-native technology that brings customer acquisition, communication, workflow automation and analytics together, allowing businesses to make faster decisions, automate repetitive processes and deliver a more connected customer experience," said Mayank Berry.

Market focus

The platform is intended for startups, micro, small and medium-sized enterprises, and larger organisations. That broad target market suggests Pro HousyPoint Tech Solutions sees demand for integrated AI systems beyond large enterprises, which have traditionally been the main buyers of complex sales and marketing software.

The company's position is that businesses want fewer disconnected systems and more unified operational tools. In practice, that means software designed to reduce lead leakage, automate customer engagement and bring sales and communication processes into one environment.

The founders also argue that competitive advantage from AI will depend less on whether a business has adopted AI tools at all and more on whether those tools are embedded in day-to-day operations. That places customer acquisition software within a broader debate over whether AI products should remain stand-alone assistants or be built into core business operating systems.

For Pro HousyPoint Tech Solutions, Inlobo.ai represents an effort to position itself in that second category, with a platform designed to span the customer lifecycle from lead generation to retention. It brings together lead capture, CRM, AI-powered WhatsApp automation, centralised business calling, AI voice interactions, workflow automation, appointment scheduling, analytics and campaign management in a unified ecosystem.
