LOGIC has expanded its enterprise collaboration portfolio with LOGIC Pods, an integrated audio-visual framework for workplace meeting spaces.

The product combines displays, conferencing peripherals, cable management and AV equipment in a single structure for boardrooms, training rooms, conference halls and collaborative work areas.

LOGIC, a visual solutions brand of Online Instruments, says the product is intended to simplify AV deployments as organisations redesign meeting environments for hybrid work and more frequent digital collaboration.

The pods are designed to replace conventional setups that often rely on separate components, exposed wiring and less efficient use of room space. By bringing several elements of a meeting-room installation into one unit, the system aims to create a neater setup and reduce installation complexity.

Configurations include single- and dual-display options. The product supports screens from 43 inches to 110 inches, covering room sizes from small huddle spaces to larger formal meeting rooms.

LOGIC Pods can be used with collaboration environments based on Zoom, Microsoft Teams Rooms and Cisco Webex. The structure is also intended to keep equipment accessible while reducing clutter around displays and conferencing devices.

Workspace shift

Businesses continue to invest in meeting-room technology as hybrid working models reshape office design. In response, suppliers of displays and conferencing equipment have increasingly focused on integrated systems that combine hardware, mounting and connectivity in a more standardised format.

LOGIC says its approach is to offer a structured installation rather than a collection of separate AV elements. That reflects wider enterprise demand for meeting spaces that can support communication between in-office staff and remote participants without extensive custom fitting in every room.

Flexibility is another part of the pitch. The company says the pods can be adapted in different sizes and configurations to match specific room requirements and AV setups, while the build is intended for regular use in enterprise environments.

Pankaj Bellad outlined the company's view of the market shift.

“Enterprise workspaces are changing quickly, and collaboration areas now need to be simpler, cleaner, and easier to use,” said Pankaj Bellad, Chief Business Officer, Online Instruments & LOGIC.

“With LOGIC Pods, we are strengthening our focus on integrated AV infrastructure that helps organizations bring displays, conferencing tools, and equipment into one streamlined framework. The goal is to make collaboration spaces more efficient, professional, and ready for the way teams work today,” Bellad said.

Broader range

The launch sits within a wider portfolio spanning digital signage, interactive flat panels, active LED displays, connectivity products, mounting systems and projection-related equipment. By positioning the pods within that broader range, LOGIC is seeking to deepen its presence in enterprise workplace installations rather than focus only on standalone display sales.

The company is targeting meeting rooms, executive boardrooms, training facilities, innovation centres and informal collaboration lounges. The product is intended to give organisations a more organised infrastructure for presentations, video meetings and team collaboration across locations.

For buyers, the proposition rests on whether an integrated structure can reduce the operational friction associated with room design, equipment management and cable layout. In many offices, those issues have become more visible as video conferencing has shifted from an occasional requirement to a routine part of daily work.

LOGIC says LOGIC Pods are designed to support enterprises as workplace requirements change, with a format intended to remain scalable and adaptable across different collaboration settings.
