Saviynt expands offices in Singapore, London amid global growth

Today

Saviynt has announced new global expansion initiatives with new offices in Singapore and London, dedicated customer support operations in Europe, and an expanded Indian office.

These investments are intended to grow Saviynt's business and presence in key regions, including Asia-Pacific (APJ), Europe, the Middle East, and Africa (EMEA).

Saviynt is responding to increased demand for its AI-based Identity Cloud platform, which supports enterprises seeking to modernise and secure their identity infrastructures. The company's strategy comes at a time when identity security is seen as central to both digital transformation and broader cyber security efforts.

Paul Zolfaghari, President at Saviynt, commented:

"This is an exciting time for Saviynt as we continue building on global momentum and investing in the regions where our customers and partners need us most. Our new hubs across APJ, including India and Singapore, and our expanded presence across EMEA are more than just geographic footprints. They are strategic growth engines enabling us to support millions of identities, deliver exceptional customer experiences, and accelerate the global adoption of modern identity security."

Singapore will serve as the regional centre for APJ, supporting customer success, solution delivery, and partner enablement. The expansion is intended to address the specific needs of customers amid rapid digital adoption and evolving regulatory requirements in the region.

Dan Mountstephen, Senior Vice President, APJ at Saviynt, said:

"Asia Pacific is at the forefront of identity security transformation. India, Japan, Southeast Asia, and Australia–New Zealand are vastly different markets with unique cultural nuances and varying levels of identity maturity. Yet one unifying reality stands out: identity remains the #1 attack surface in cyber breaches. Across the region, enterprises and governments are prioritizing cloud-first identity security platforms that are simple to adopt, deliver rapid time to value, and solve a broad spectrum of use cases at scale. That's exactly where Saviynt leads - bringing smarter identity security to the heart of APJ."

In EMEA, Saviynt has expanded its operations to five core hubs, now serving customers in over 15 countries. This includes a new customer operations centre in Poland and a regional office in London. New leadership roles are being established in Amsterdam and Germany, and the company is hiring in Dubai to increase its support for the Middle East.

Brooks Wallace, Senior Vice President, EMEA at Saviynt, noted:

"From London to Warsaw, Amsterdam to Dubai, and across the region, EMEA is a cornerstone of our global growth strategy. As demand accelerates across our enterprise account base, we're focused on delivering modern, scalable identity solutions that align with the strategic priorities of today's leading organizations - enabling them to strengthen security postures, meet complex compliance requirements, and drive long-term digital transformation."

Saviynt's plans in India include a significantly expanded office to accommodate growth in engineering, product, and support functions, as well as the expansion of go-to-market teams. India is seen as a focal point for both local operations and global support, reflecting Saviynt's commitment to regional and worldwide enterprise engagement.

The company's current phase of expansion follows recent customer acquisitions, industry recognition, and the development of its AI-driven identity platform. Saviynt was named a 2024 Gartner Peer Insights Customers' Choice for Identity Governance and Administration for the fourth consecutive year. The company also continues to attract attention by replacing legacy identity solutions across its client base.
