HP has launched a unified collaboration ecosystem combining its Workforce Experience Platform, Poly Lens and Poly Studio Room Compute products. It unveiled the offering at InfoComm 2026.

The new line-up brings device management, meeting room systems and workplace analytics into a single setup for organisations with hybrid working arrangements. It is intended to give IT teams one view across collaboration spaces, compute and print.

Central to the launch is the integration of HP Poly Lens and WXP Collaboration, formerly Vyopta, into the HP Workforce Experience Platform. HP said this lets administrators monitor workspaces through HP Poly Lens Room VisualizerAI, which it describes as an interactive digital replica of the environment.

The combined platform is designed to turn room and device data into operational insights for IT teams, including information to help companies track performance, manage room usage and oversee workplace technology from one interface.

"Organisations don't want more tools. They want to adopt intelligent collaboration solutions that not only deliver reliable meeting experiences, but that are easier to deploy, manage, and scale," said Carles Farre, Division President, HP Collaboration Solutions.

"With innovations across HP devices, meeting room solutions, and platform capabilities, we're helping organizations create more seamless, engaging collaboration experiences for employees."

Room systems

HP also introduced new Windows-based room systems for Microsoft Teams Rooms and Zoom Rooms under the Poly Studio Room Compute brand. The HP Poly Studio 5 and 7 Room Compute products use third-generation Intel Core Ultra processors with integrated neural processing units.

According to HP, the devices are designed for meeting rooms of different sizes and support AI-assisted collaboration features. They include colour-coded ports, a dedicated PoE port for the Poly TC10 touch controller, automatic pairing and magnetic mounting to simplify installation and room management.

The room systems will be managed through Poly Lens as part of the wider Workforce Experience Platform. This is intended to support longer lifecycle deployments and make room administration easier for IT departments.

Video and audio

Alongside the compute systems, HP released Poly VideoOS 5.1 for its video conferencing products. The software includes Poly DirectorAI multi-camera switching, which selects camera views of in-room participants during meetings, and direct touch controller connectivity for Microsoft Teams Rooms on Android.

The update also includes a redesigned web interface for administrators, aimed at simplifying setup, monitoring and management of video conferencing devices.

The hardware launch also includes the HP Poly Focus 6 Series Bluetooth headsets. HP said the headsets offer Acoustic Fence 2.0, hybrid active noise cancellation, spatial audio, up to 25 hours of talk time with ANC enabled, wireless charging, and replaceable batteries and ear cushions.

The headsets are certified for Google Meet, Google Voice, Microsoft Teams Open Office and Zoom. A foldable version is also part of the range.

Productivity tools

Another addition is the HP Collaboration Keyboard, a wireless keyboard with dedicated controls for microphone mute, camera settings and screen sharing. It also includes programmable shortcuts, adjustable tilt and cross-platform compatibility.

Sustainability features appear across several of the new products. The Poly Studio Room Compute devices contain at least 60% post-consumer recycled plastics, while the keyboard uses up to 75% post-consumer recycled plastic by total plastic weight, and the Focus 6 Series carries TCO 10 certification.

Industry analysts linked the launch to a broader shift in how businesses manage workplace technology. IDC said organisations are moving away from treating devices as separate endpoints and are instead seeking a more unified view across work environments.

"The shift to agentic ways of working is fundamentally rewriting the relationship between hardware and software, and redefining work experiences in the enterprise. Organisations are shifting away from individual device management as a metric, towards more collective, unified work management," said Amy Loomis, Group Vice President, Workplace Solutions, IDC.

"By providing IT teams with visibility across devices and collaboration environments, HP is turning isolated device data into organizational insights, improving operational efficiencies, and setting a new standard for the way work gets done."
